LOWA FORTUX GTX QC
Thanks to excellent cushioning and a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, the FORTUX GTX QC is specially designed for demanding long distances, be it a high-level trail run or an extended speed hiking tour. Thanks to its quarter-height shaft, it also offers optimum ankle support while remaining lightweight.
The special construction of the upper is also reflected in its increasingly robust finish: the Jacquard upper material guarantees reliable performance and a long lifespan thanks to its high abrasion resistance – essential for a shoe that is exposed to increased intensity.
The characteristic LOWA® DYNEVA midsole with rocker shape, 6 mm drop and high rebound capacity provides an excellent level of cushioning. The tried-and-tested LOWA® TRAC® ULTRA rubber outsole is characterised by its bi-directional lug alignment and enables fast acceleration as well as responsive deceleration. This makes the shoe suitable not only for ambitious trail runners, but also for all those who are generally a little more dynamic in the mountains.

Anatomical Ankle Lines
Support is delivered through our unique asymmetrically shaped upper edge which precisely reflects the ankle’s anatomy. The lateral reinforcement prevents pressure points and ensures total freedom.

DynEva
The triple density midsole features a cushioning DYNEVA interior that runs the length of the shoe.

GORE-TEX® Lining
Highly breathable, durably waterproof lining material. Keeps feet pleasantly dry and offers optimised climate comfort for a broad range of outdoor activities.

Heel Stabilizer
As a firm support element, an anatomically shaped heel counter increases stability in the area of the heel and ensures a secure fit through the entire track.

Lowa Trac
The LOWA TRAC® sole system and the sticky rubber compound provide guaranteed traction in wet or dry conditions.

Minimal Seams
Construction design minimizes the number of seams to prevent possible friction or pressure points.

Textile Lining
A fabric or synthetic lining makes footwear lightweight and breathable. Good abrasion resistance speaks for itself and ensures durability. In addition, it offers outstanding temperature management.

Very flexible
Has remarkably little rigidity. This footwear is characterised by exceptionally soft rolling properties.
